Landscaping Allowance only to be completed in accordance with following items - - Turf from an approved commercial grower of cultivated turf, machine cut and rolled, of even thickness and free of persistent weeds, preferably near level. - Garden Beds cultivated with organic top soil as necessary to brick the sub-grade surface to 75mm below the required finished levels. Garden beds are to have a border to separate from the lawn in a suitable material such as limestone coloured kerbing, stone, paving or similar. No sharp edges. - Plants shall generally be drought resistant natives, preferably indigenous to the area and suitable for the soil type. Ensure plants are low maintenance. 1. We reinvented the way we help clients and have a new way to provide better service, better quality and happier clients than ever before. We want to celebrate these changes with our new name.
2. We want to align the business name to our sister brand Endeavour Constructions as the business has been owned by the same family since our inception in 2004.
