This was a three lot subdivision owned by a mum and dad nearing retirement who decided to develop the land, downsize their home and reduce their maintenance and land upkeep costs. The clients are now living in a new home on one of the lots, on-sell two houses built on the adjacent lots and put the return towards their retirement.
