With this project there was an existing home on the front of the block and a large vacant area at the rear. The clients were unsure how to maximise the potential of this one as they wanted this to be a family project and investment. After meeting with our development team and researching what would be the best option for their block it was decided to subdivide the rear part and create two new family homes. The clients described this process as “Effortless from start to finish” . Opting for a Hampton style of design the owners will have no issues finding tenants to rent out these two beautiful homes.
