Effortless experience.
I have been a builder for 50 years and this was the first house someone else built for me, so I was apprehensive, but I was happy with the finished product. I was offshore during the construction, so had very little to do with Lance. I met him at the handover, and he was very friendly, professional, obliging, and knew his job. Elyshia is a superstar. I cannot fault her in any way. Because I was offshore she kept me right up to date with what was happening at the site with regular emails and photo's. Any questions I had for her were answered very promptly, she is also very accurate. We became email friends and it was lovely to meet her at the handover
