Our display homes in Perth and Greater Area

Most recently the Canterbury Display Home in Bennett Springs won the 2023 Housing Industry Association (HIA) – Best Bathroom in a Display Home $450,000 to $600,000. The Marley in Brabham was a Finalist in the same category.

The Marley Display Home in Brabham was the Winner of the 2023 HIA Best Kitchen in a Display Home $450,000 to $600,000.

The Seabreeze Display Home won the 2022 HIA – Best Display Home $370,001 to $420,000 and was a
finalist in the Display Home of the year.

In 2020, the Mossvale Display Home in Piara Waters won Housing Industry Association (HIA) Best Home under $250,000, as well as winning the Master Builder Association’s (MBA) best display home in W.A. and Australia for under $250,000.

Also in 2020 ,the Bridgehampton Display Home in Woodvale won the Housing Industry Association (HIA) – Display home $320,001- $370,000. In 2021, the Santana Display Home in Hammond Park won the Housing Industry Association (HIA) – Display home $360,001 – $400,000.
