Endeavour Homes is a family-owned business, operating since 2004. We are a medium sized builder and proud of it. It allows us to have the buying power of big builders but small enough to be hands on with our clients and offer service that the big players just can’t deliver.

With Endeavour Homes our entire team is involved in every home. The same team who build our award winning display homes, also work on your home. The home designer, the interior designer, the supervisor and more, this is very unusual in the building industry. We figure, why can’t everyone access our top talent. The Mossvale Display Home is a recent example where we practiced what we say! This display home in Piara Waters won Housing Industry Association (HIA) Best Home under $250,000, as well as winning the Master Builder Association’s (MBA) best display home in W.A. and Australia for under $250,000. The team that worked on this home also worked on our other clients homes down the road. These are the same exact, down to earth people who will be working with you if you choose to build with Endeavour Homes . Being a medium-size builder allows us to have less homes per supervisor at any one time, giving your home the attention it deserves. This also enables us to provide you with the supervisors phone number during construction. Therefore, if required, you can deal with the person building your home directly.

We are very communicative every step of the way. Our progress tracker was designed to ensure you know what is happening. This unique online service allows you to log in from your iPad, PC or mobile device to check on progress anywhere, anytime.
You can track the progress of your home, from contract signing to finish and you will receive notifications, including photos, as your key milestones are reached.
