Great staff and experience This is the first time for us to build a house, so far the experience with endeavour homes is amazing. They have great staffs especially the sale consultant Feng who has been really helpful. She has provided us excellent service, a great design of the house and kept us up to date with all the information. She has been really patient as well with all of our questions. "12 month Build or less Guaranteed" we have just finished our build. we are 1st time builders. we were nervous to start this venture, but from the initial phone contact to the 1st face to face consultation, and processes, its been such an enjoyable and easy experience. Every step of the way was transparent and explained in lamens terms. Any issues that come up were sorted straight away (very minimal). Slab was poured January 2024, so they definitely delivered on the "12 month build guarantee". i couldnt fault any of the stage to be honest. Trades and skills were of high quality, management was very professional and approachable, admin was always contactable and reponsive. If your thinking of building, i would highly recommend Endeavour to be your one stop shop to get you there with quality and precision. Our final costing came up cheaper than the projected pricing, so we got money back =) Build Stage: Post-Construction Construction End Date: September 2024

Building made Easy From the very beginning our sales rep Ruairi was so helpful and accommodating to what we wanted in our new forever home. Our block didn't suit many of the off-plan homes Endeavour had so Ruairi helped us find something suitable and design it to fit our block. As we were demolishing an old property He made an effort to assist in getting the demo done quickly and prepping the site for slab to be poured. Pre-start was very informative, and nothing was rushed or left unexplained Liz and Joanne made sure we were comfortable with all decisions and gave advice when we were lost in choice. Joanne was very helpful even after pre-start when we had made some minor changes to the agreed addenda. Our client liaison Elyshia have been very helpful with keeping us updated regularly give us realistic timelines with minimal delays with site supervisor James supplying regular photos of progress. The build is currently at roof cover stage and could not be happier with the progress so far. This is my second build, first with Endeavour and would definitely build with them again or recommend others let Endeavour help them build the home of their dreams. Extremely positive experience, was very nervous about building based on the war stories but once I met with Dan, I knew we were in good hands. He put an enormous amount of effort and made us feel like we were his number one client which is rare in this market. Delivery of home was on time and to a high standard, the team at Endeavour are amazing and gave us our dream forever home. Cannot thank Dan and his team enough even down to the site supervisors were on point every step of the way. Highly recommend Dan and the Endeavour team.

Endeavour Homes have been absolutely brilliant with us as first home builders and being new to Australia. Our sales consultant Joe has been amazing, coming up with a perfect design for our dream home and being extremely accomodating with our tweaks and changes. Endeavour has really made this whole process easy to navigate and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build their home.

Would definitely use again Will 110% recommend you are all amazing not 1 issue from us with all aspects of what we have gone through its been a walk in the park considering friends and family that have had so many problems when they built ( with other builders of course 😊😊 ).

Effortless experience.
I have been a builder for 50 years and this was the first house someone else built for me, so I was apprehensive, but I was happy with the finished product. I was offshore during the construction, so had very little to do with Lance. I met him at the handover, and he was very friendly, professional, obliging, and knew his job. Elyshia is a superstar. I cannot fault her in any way. Because I was offshore she kept me right up to date with what was happening at the site with regular emails and photo's. Any questions I had for her were answered very promptly, she is also very accurate. We became email friends and it was lovely to meet her at the handover
